EASYMove is Arkwood Living’s tailored assisted moving scheme. Once you’ve found the perfect Arkwood home our team will task trusted, independent estate agents with valuing and selling your home. We work closely with these agents and agree the timescale and house price with you before proceeding.

Once you’ve agreed your selling price we’ll reserve your Arkwood Living home to you for an agreed length of time and our two appointed estate agents will get to work in selling your home.

Move into your Arkwood home as soon as it’s ready. Part Exchange allows you to secure your dream home without a buyer on your current property. This simple system works by selling you an Arkwood Living home while our trusted Part Exchange partner purchases your existing property. This removes getting into a dreaded house sale chain and protects you from losing out on the home you’ve always wanted.

We use independent, local estate agents to value your property and will present you with an offer within 7-10 days of valuation. If you accept the offer, we help you reserve your new home while simultaneously dealing with your old property. We also cover estate agent fees for your current property.
